DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We had a small refrigerator leak so we called Herrera's to set up an appointment. The lady answering the phone was short and abrasive, didn't want to know certain specs about the refrigerator. Didn't say thank you and wasn't polite. The tech shows up, doesn't even open up the back of the fridge despite us saying we're sure the leak is coming from the fridge itself. Replaced the water feed line with an $18 metal line, said he doesn't work by the hour so he was in a hurry. Charged me $200 and left. Of course the next day it's leaking again. We called Herrera's back and were told they couldn't come back out for 3 days at the earliest. No apology, no "sorry we didn't do the job right". Just "deal with it and good luck finding anyone else to help you." Ended up getting into a huge argument where the owner's wife is yelling at my wife. Unbelievable. Beware!

"Herrera'[Member Information Removed] Appliance Service & Sales has been in business for 30 years. We have a very large customer base that are mostly referrals due to our customer service, pricing, professionalism, and warranty. Our company schedules appointments 48-72 hours in advance because of our work log. When this customer called us to come back because there was a new leak, she DEMANDED that we cancel ALL other appointments and put them in the schedule IMMEDIATELY. When she was told that, that was not possible, she became EVEN MORE ABUSIVE, CALLING NAMES AND THREATS. We had told her that we are probably not the company for them and would be happy to refund the part and labor and I would take them out of the schedule for the next time, Then she wanted us to still come. In spite of the abuse, we as a company stood with our original appointment, and upon arrival was told they fixed the problem themselves, they did not call us to cancel, no apology for the abuse. We have BLACK LISTED this customer."

Excellent. Eric arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues and took the unit for a shop repair. Had to order parts but didn't require payment up front. Brought back the repaired unit the following week and reinstalled. Pleasant and professional.

Would NOT recommend!!!! I purchased a refrigerator a few months ago that had to be repaired because of a freezer issue. The oven I purchased had the display light out within 2 months of purchasing, and it is now out AGAIN, we have to call Eric to come back to fix. The washer and dryer I purchased were clogged and leaking water and had to be repaired. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! And on top of everything, Eric wrote on the receipt the appliances were "Guaranteed" and now we can't even get a hold of him. We have texted two mornings in a row and called him to no reply.

Ms Herrera the owner actually called me to update me on the repairman's arrival & assured me he had 30yrs of experience which was good to hear. After being jerked around for 8 long month's of broken appointment's part's on endless back order as well as repairmen coming out to repair my fridge which continued to break over & over because of incompetence I was ready to buy a new one convinced I had a 18 month old lemon. Then I got wise, dumped Sear's & called Herrera's. I found excellent customer service & professional's who know what they're doing & who value their customer's. I highly recommend these professional's.

Our relatively new dishwasher would not fill with water despite repeated tries. I called one place, but they never called back. Then I called Herreras who answered the phone promptly via a real person. Fortunately they had a slot open that afternoon. Justin arrived and spent quite some time diagnosing the problem, even though the machine worked perfectly for him. His conclusion was that it was an electronic intermittent failure which would likely involve the electronic control module. He said he would return at no charge for the next 30 days if it happened again. The cost of his visit was very reasonable at $59.95 total.

Herreras is a great company and I will use them again and again. Zoltan came over today to help with a washing machine that was throwing an error. He first said this error needs to be investigated and sure enough, he found a few things that needed some maintenance vs replacing all the electronics (another company told me that's what they needed to do). My bill went from nearly $500 too much less. I appreciate his willingness to help and the company for getting me in fast.

Great. The rapairman was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the replacement part on his truck. He was on time and finished in an hour. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I appreciated finding an appliance repair company that lived up to their A ratings.

very well - we were surprised at how REASONABLE they were - the repairman "Zoltan Jobbagy" was a peach - if we need other repairs in the future, we will definitely call Herras appliance repair - we will also personally ask for Zolta Jobbagy as he was so personable and caring - he also had a sense of humor which was enjoyable - I will continue to pass this company on to others who may need appliance repair - Excellent Company!!!!!! Also - our refrigerator is 6-7 years old and of course digital - that can cost big time and we were not looking forward to an expensive repair or having to buy a new refrigerator - can't tell you how happy we were to get relief with how reasonable this company was for us!!!!!!

Herreras response to the request was prompt and within a few days they had completed a service call, diagnosed problems, and had parts on order. Zoltan was knowledgeable and communicated wonderfully.

Did everything correct functionally - answered the phone professionally, had their tech make service call as described and on time, handled the problem (worker called me to say he was inserting foam between case of refrigerator and compressor to make the noise which was a vibration go away). The tech told me on the phone the charge would be about $30 plus the service call of $59.99. I figured total would be around $95-96. Tech told me the office would charge my credit card that I had left on file when I called. I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card via their emailed invoice of $140. When we called, the office told my wife they had a minimum charge of $80 in addition to the $59.99 service call. The minimum charge was not disclosed to me when I had initially called -- only the $59.99 service call. My wife found they offer a senior discount (we are both over 65), so she asked for that when calling back to discuss why the disparity between what was communicated vs. actual charge. They said they would provide that. While they were pleasant enough, they did NOT disclose the $80 minimum charge up front.

Herreras service personnel went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our LG dishwasher. They were responsive throughout the process of trying to locate the hard to find part for the unit. The service person was very helpful, honest and even volunteered his time to rescue a small screw driver I had lost down the drain weeks earlier. We have now used them twice and each time they have been quick onsite, courteous and honest.

I called Herrera Appliance after having a nightmare with several other companies. Zoltan, the technician, arrived the same day. He was contracted to install a new washing machine which I had been told was needed. He looked at my machine before replacing it and repaired it immediately and saved me $800. I highly recommend this company It was a pleasure doing business with them..

Zoltan did a great job and was able to unclog the drain pump, so no parts needed. Definitely would recommend them again.

I went down the list until I talked to a real live person. She asked me to send pictures to Justin, one of their technicians. He called back within 10 minutes, giving me a reasonable estimate. He was there with the part within an hour. However, they make 2 kits with different size rollers which is confusing unless you know what size. He found a kit, and told me he’d come back after some other calls. He was back at 4:30 to install the correct part. His estimate was higher, so price was better. So from my call at 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. I had a fully functioning dishwasher. Would have been 2 hrs. if he had the right part to begin with. Justin went above and beyond.
