It takes a long time to schedule with them usually. It's almost like 2 or 3 weeks sometimes. Interactions with them are fine. I think the work that they did turned out okay. Something they could work on in the future is maybe they can schedule earlier, so you don't have to wait that long to schedule.

They had a shuttle service that ended up taking quite a long time to get me back to my job because it went all over Eaglewood and Littleton with several other people also needing to get back to work or home. Get on there email list and wait for a coupon.

They did a fine job. They did it within the time they said they would. They washed the car. I have no idea. You are kind of stuck. Toyota batteries aren't something you can buy from Sears, or from Triple A. A Prius at least. Its a special battery. You have no choice. It seems to be fine. We have, we will use them again.

Groove has serviced my '05 Sienna from the time we purchased the car new.  They have always gone beyond expectations.  Questions have been answered and recommendations have been made with honesty and integrity.

It was a great experience--everyone there was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Left my car there and came back a few hours later, and it was good as new. I found them because Toyota issued a recall on some of my car's parts, and figured I might as well get my oil changed and a new battery for my clicker, which were both reasonably priced. They have a chart on the wall listing their basic services and prices, along with those of their competitors--kinda like the Progressive Insurance commercials--which I appreciated. I also was looking into winter tires for my Prius, and the gentleman I worked with printed out all my options and went over them in detail, along with his opinion on what would be the best option for me. All around a good experience.

Their price was normal. I thought they're great. They're very friendly, helpful and they get things done quickly when they say they're going to.

Bought a 2011 Camry for 22k.  Didn't notice that the Cup-holder/cup-divider was missing in the console.  Didn't think it was a big deal but I notified my salesman, Josh Barreiro, after the weekend.  He informed me that he'd get one in the mail to me since I live in another town.  After not hearing anything I contacted him several more times. He then says he has it and is putting it in the mail "tomorrow."  After a week-and-a-half and another contact he tells me that he sent it to the wrong address, which is the address he says they have on file for me.  Funny, everything I have has my correct address on it!  He was completely untruthful in the long and drawn-out cockamamie story he spun concerning the "bad address."  I gave him, and later the dealership, the opportunity make this right.  I ended up telling them that I would report the poor service to this site, as well as others, but that made no difference to them, they could care less!!  Now, if they can't take care of a little issue like this by sending an item that should not have been missing in the first place on a two year old car that they sell as a  Certified Used Car that has a 2 Month/2,000 Mile Limited Warranty, then what can you expect from them if it's an issue that costs more than $35.00? And keep in mind, the salesman promised to send it to me!  Further, while I can't prove this, I believe that the mats were removed from this car prior to my driving away with this car and replaced with their Groove Toyota advertisement mats, which when I noticed them believed they were getting some additional free advertising and "protecting" my new car.  And one step further, whoever "details" their cars before going out needs to put half an ounce of effort into it!  I would never go back there based on how they handle such trivial "problems"!

UPDATE, Jun 2013: The dealership did later contact me and reimbursed me for the part in question. However, the time I spent with the salesman, Josh Barreiro, trying to get the part sent, along with verifying the "wrong address" he claimed he sent it to happened to be a neighbor I knew and they never received anything from Groove! Therefore, the rating doesn't change!

I took my car in for service and was told to do the 90,000 mile service. I didn't really want to as I just wanted a tune-up, but after reading the 90,000 mile details, I went with it. They asked if I wanted the cabin filter replaced, I said no, but they did it anyway. I was also told that my car would need a new water pump and it would cost $600 for that repair! I felt as if they looked at me as an opportunity for future repair. I know dealers are notorious for being more expensive for services, but this was ridiculous. I was not impressed with the results of my service. Also, when they replaced the battery, my driver side headlight went out coincidentally at the same time they replaced the battery, which sits behind the lamp under the hood. I replaced the bulb in 2010 and it went out less than three years later? Hmm... If you're car is paid off and older than 5 years old, I'd take a chance with automotive specialists and stay away from dealers.

We did a lot of research beforehand and wanted to get the best deal possible.  Groove had the car we wanted (no frills) and offered us a fair price.  The salesman was your typical salesman, nice, solicitous, had a lot of salesman pitches.  When we agreed to the sale, the office guy who filled out our paperwork with us was less friendly and really pushed hard to sell us more stuff that we did not need (maintenance coupons etc).  We persevered and didn't buy anything else, it was just annoying to have to deal with that and him.

I wasn't too happy about having to make an appointment, as I previously was able to take it right in. Otherwise they are good.

A nightmare from start to finish.  They actually sold us the wrong car!  Then after going back and re-signing they realized they could not give us the interest rate promised.  They then signed me up for a Credit Union Car loan WITHOUT my authorization, which I canceled and told them to honor the interest rate or keep the car.  Then 3 days after we purchased the correct car all of the negative publicity came out about unintended acceleration and other problems.  Overall it is a great car but AVOID THIS DEALER.

We bought two new cars this summer.  One from Go Toyota and one from Groove Toyota.  Our experience at Groove Toyota was so much better.  Nicer people, faster at getting the process done, more knowledgeable about the cars.  We went to Go Toyota for the first time because they had the model and color we wanted while Groove did not.  But I if you have a choice I recommend Groove Toyota.  They were more responsive to negotiation and the whole process was just so much more pleasant.  Dan was our salesman.  He was great.

The experience was very positive.  There was no hard-pressure sale going on.  We had researched Priuses, and we knew what we wanted.  They had acquired a selection of what you could get on your Prius.  I was very, very pleased.  We were two women going into a primarily-male establishment, but they didn't make us feel stupid.  It was very good.  We had special requests for the car, and they provided that for us.  It was ordered and it came in from California.  It came a day light, but it wasn't anything horrendous.
