This company was originally owned by Paul Graumann. It was "sold" to Gary and Lynn Pappas. They started my project and after demolition, started sub-contracting the work without my knowledge. They kept collecting scheduled payments from me and not paying the subcontractor. Eventually they stopped answering the phone or EM from me or the subcontractor and never showed up to finish the work. I discovered the business transaction was never finalized between Graumann and Pappas, and ownership and accountability are very unclear. Most of the employees quit mid-project because of not being paid. I had to pay the sub-contractor because he did most of the work but was never paid. I have spent an additional $8600 to fix and complete what work they did do or left unfinished. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
