FAST TRAXX FAST LUBE

We were very happy with their work in both of our cars. They are honest and efficient. I liked the fact that they offer a discount for return customers. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been going to Fast Traxx for a few years for oil changes. The owner, Jon Hart, works on the cars/trucks as much as his employees. My husband and I go over during lunch for oil changes and enjoy the burritos in the cafe located in the same building. Jon does business the old fashioned way, a hand shake and eye contact. My husband dropped the truck off before work and left the key in the drop box at 7:30. By 8:30, Jon had already looked at it. He let us know that the fluid leaking was oil and that we needed a new oil gasket. This required more extensive work than his shop was capable of. He gave us a recommendation of an independent mechanic close by who could do the work. In the diagnosis, Jon also found a leaky water pump that he said could leave us stranded in the future if left unfixed. His work is less expensive than the car dealers and he is more reliable and pleasant to deal with.
