No one else had ever explained it to us so clearly. David ensured that all the paperwork was done properly and on time. He answered every one of our questions carefully and thoroughly (and he replied promptly to every phone call, text, and email). He even gave me a formula to calculate monthly principle and interest payments for any loan amount, so I was able to quickly figure out the size of loan we could afford.
