The home met our expectations. We had no problems other than the usual minor details. Alex Rogl promptly finished the punch list & completed all warranty work during the first year. Over the last 3 years, as other small questions have arisen, he continues to take care of them or assists us as necessary. This is very unusual as the house is technically far out of warranty.
