 + -1 moreWhen spring came, it became obvious Brian had hired a 3rd party company to do the cleanup and maintenance work on all 3 houses. The work was incomplete and Brian had no idea what or when work was being done. I called and texted Brian many times but he stopped returning both. By May 31, 2014 when pruning still wasn't done and 2 shoddy lawn mowings had been done, I called his wife Kathy to cancel all the work and get my money back. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from Brian and Kathy Edwards, I started searching on the Internet. I found their new company Elk Creek Landscaping and a picture on my water feature (that they built in 2012 as Brookside Landscape) on their website. I called the new number and talked to Kathy who keep saying they would get w/ their accountant and pay me back. That was on June 13, 2014 and I haven't heard from either of them since.
Description of Work: Brian Edwards of Brookside Landscape constructed a water feature & did sprinkler work for me in 2012 & 2013. Unknown to me in Sept 2013, Brian dissolved Brookside Landscape & started Elk Creek Landscaping. He called me in January 2014 telling me his company now did spring clean up & summer lawn maintenance. I was interested so I asked him for estimates for my house & 2 houses used by our church for widows & families on the verge of homelessness. He sent me estimates on the Brookside Landscape (the dissolved company) letterhead & said if I paid in full by 3/31/2014, he would give me a 25% discount which I did.
