Excellent. I took it in for an estimate, left it with them and a few days later they called as it was ready. The ring was sized perfectly (I added a size since my fingers have gotten larger) and was beautifully cleaned and polished.

Excellent service. Friendly and trustworthy. No pressure. A couple of alternatives were made to repairing one of the rings at our request. Due to its age and fragile condition we elected to replace one ring and have the diamond reset. We will certainly return to this jeweler. Appears to be a family business and we observed customer treatment of other customers while we were there on two visits was excellent also.

This was actually a re-fix. They had done the original job and the earring broke again. They were aware of this and only charged me for the materials to do the fix the second time.
