Dreamstyle Remodeling

We purchased a home that had work done on it by Dreamstyle less than 5 years ago. Within the last 3-4 weeks, the upstairs bathroom's shower pan cracked and began leaking into our main level. It took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to come out and look at it and take pictures, and since then I've called and emailed multiple times and they won't call back. I even had the warranty claim escalated to the Colorado manager, and he has not called me back. Also, they are claiming that they have a lifetime warranty, but that it doesn't transfer from one homeowner to the next. This is such awful customer service, and I'm appalled that they won't stand behind their work; especially since it's been less than 5 years and it's already causing damages and needing replaced. I will not be using Dreamstyle for any of our future remodeling projects. Not only do I need to fix this now, but I have multiple other home renovation projects in the works and can guarantee that Dreamstyle won't even be a consideration. I'll also be spreading the word to everyone I can that Dreamstyle is a company to avoid rather than to use. They wouldn't even send the actual warranty contract, only a snippet of the warranty. It says it's guaranteed to last as long as our home... Less than 5 years is ridiculous!

My selection of Dreamstyle Remodeling was a positive experience with Dominick, Chantelle, Jerry and Scott. The bathroom transformation was amazing, Scott was awesome from start to finish building my new shower enclosure (replacing a claw foot bathtub). Great! Angela Gosling came to our house to help us through the process of planning our new bathrooms, Joel Levy took measurements and coordinated things so that it would go smoothly, then an amazing installation guy named John Weber came out to do the job. He was able to get each bathroom done in about 3 days each (with work days ending around 5ish). He did the demo, plumbing, installation of shower/bath, floors, enlarging a shower, drywall, etc. He was very thoughtful, always inspecting items upon arrival, leaving one bathroom available while working on the other, attention to detail and making sure the job was done very well from start to finish. He tidied up after himself daily and always communicated when he’d be arriving the following day. He even made sure to let us know when would be best to paint so that we could paint between the drywall repairs and before the new floor, baseboards, shower, vanity, and toilet were installed. Painting was SO MUCH easier without anything in the way or the concern of getting paint on our new stuff. We had a very positive experience and feel so lucky to have had John Weber out to do the work. We’ve heard nightmare stories about remodeling contractors, but happily we didn’t experience anything but honest hard work from John. We feel like we walk into a fancy hotel bathroom when we use our bathrooms now!

Just wanted to state how happy we are with DreamStyle Remodeling! We had 19 windows and 3 doors installed. Our rep Scott, our install manager John and our install crew of Doug & John exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. We’ve already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.

Excellent. Chris did an outstanding job. He is a perfectionist, and it turned out perfectly. The walk-in shower is beautiful and a pleasure to use. It is beautiful. Chris worked diligently to complete the job. He placed runners from the front door to the shower every day in order to prevent dirt and debris from getting on the floors and carpet. He cleaned up residual dirt/debris each evening. He was polite and professional. I would happily him work in our home again.

Had a 3/4 bathroom complete remodel done. The only item not replaced or painted was the toilet. Job started (demolition) May 4, 2020 and finished on July 16, 2020 with the install of the custom cut glass shower wall. Great people to work with from Ellen Zapinsky (sales) to Project Manager (Joel Levy) to Remodeler (Chris Sickle) to final shower glass installer (Matthew Swenson). Communications a little shaky at first until our project manager was replaced. Once Joel took charge it all rolled smoothly in spite of a shower drain collapse which set us back a day and then the final custom shower glass was cut incorrectly from a third party vendor which delayed completion another four days. Dreamstyle had perfect financing opportunities and people that were easy to do business with and very cordial. We would definitely do business with Dreamstyle remodeling again.

Exceptional work performance by John Weber! He was courteous, polite and respectful! I love my new bathroom and can't wait to use it. Ryan installed the bathroom window and did a wonderful job!

I had my bathroom remodeled by Dreamstyle Remodeling. New shower, tub, toilet, floor and installation of a new light fixture, medicine cabinet and vanity. Vanessa Ontiveros, Reuben Conner and Kevin (don’t know his last name) were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom. Most of all I can’t say enough about the installer, Joe Staresinic. Joe works hard to meet your expectations and to ensure you are satisfied with the job. Joe took the time to answer any questions I had and his workmanship was above and beyond my expectations. My satisfaction with Dreamstyle Remodeling’s customer service and Joe’s workmanship and willingness to take time to answer my questions and concerns is the reason why I am moving forward with Dreamstyle to install new Pella windows in my home.
