DR HORTON AMERICA'S BUILDERS

They are supposed to reimburse us for some stuff so we are still waiting. The repairs were fine but we are still waiting on some stuff. They are supposed to reimburse us on the plumber visit because it was something we complained about in the first year. When they get the work done, it is done well but it takes a long time to get the work done. They don't hardly ever reply to calls. It got done eventually but it was a hassle.

I was a little disappointed that so many of the choices in flooring, paint, etc, were limited to beige tones. Otherwise, though, they offered very good help, and expedited things since we were on a tight time-frame.

Lake never happened, my roof and most of my neighbors roofs leak despite their warranty service getting around to check on our complaints every couple of years.

OUR HOME WAS COMPLETED WITH THE CLOSING DATED ON TIME AS PROMISED. WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS FOUND AT THE FINAL WALK THROUGH REPAIRED AS SCHEDULED BEFORE THE CLOSING DATED. WE HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THE BUILDER.
