I called Dish Network's tech support because my satellite receiver kept freezing and shutting off. I talked to a very nice Guy on the phone who apologized for the inconvenience. He told me that he would ship a new receiver to me right away. He also asked me to please return the old receiver and sent me a prepaid shipping label. I got the new receiver within a couple days and it has been working great ever since.
