The experience I had with them was awful. One of their good tricks is any time we call them we get somebody different in different time. We call them one time and we get somebody and another time we get somebody else. If we start calling them back and give them a name and an ID number nobody knows anybody else. They never give you the same person back again. They advertised that they wanted us to sign up a dish for two years and we are supposed to get one year at $19 and 99 cents and then the second year was supposed to be $15. They promise us that those rates will be for the first two years. I became their customer for two months and they started changing the rates on me. They went up on the rates and every time I tried to call them I got a different supervisor. I never could get the same supervisor. They would not tell me where the home office was. Every time I gave a particular name that I had talked to before and asked to speak to that same person nobody ever knew. Each time we call them and ask for an identification number or something if we need to get back in touch with them, they would give us a special code with their name. It is a scam they just move us around from one person to the next and every time we call and talk to them about the situation we have to go through the whole story again. They figured it sooner or later they would get us so tired of calling them and giving them information that we would just quit. During the year and a half I dealt with them I only kept the service for a year. They went up on the price the first year and I wouldn’t pay them. What I did was I sent them the $19.99 which they had told them to pay the first year. What they did was every month they added late fees and penalty fees to the bill. Every time I called to talk to them they told me that they had the right to change the rates at any time they wanted to. I tried contacting them over and over and all I ever got from them was threats and promises that they would turn me into a credit bureau, etc. They tried to get me to terminate the service so that they could charge me anyway. One of the things in the agreement is if the customer has early termination they could continue to bill us for those 24 months. What I told was I would terminate anything and if they wanted to terminate it they could. I would send them the $19.99 just like I had agreed to do.
