He bailed. My wife took a vacation day to meet him. My wife finally texted him at 11:00 to see what was up. He responded he had a problem at another job site. He never did communicate with me as far as a reschedule / apology anything. Strange thing is he came highly referred from someone at my wife's work. He blew it and cost my wife a vacation day. Do not use this guy!

"[Member Name Removed]First of all you did not find me on Angie's list so why would you come on here and put this lies on here? this just proves to me that I was right to think that you were a red flag for me!!! I did not and would have not minded doing the work for his wife but he was kind of weird, he wanted me to basically marry a problem he caused in the shower with the tile. I did communicate with him and his wife as well and apologized as well via text, as he said that I did come highly recommended yes I did but those people that recommended me also told me that he was a strange person as well. What I mean by that there were some comments that he made to me and that made me not want to do the job I also had asked him to remove the big glass door and he said that his back was bad and for me to do that I told him that I would repair the tile but not R&R the glass door as I did not want to marry the problem he created."

"That is Exactly why I did not do the job Strange person and bad vibes!!! I mean come on to post Two bad postings really ? for the same issue? wow ok, as I said he was a very strange person the beauty of having my own business is to be able to pick and choose and be able to recognize when someone is trying to pull a fast one and have you marry a problem they created, I would have done a really good job for him but he would have found a way to pin other issues on me I knew it the minute I met him. but its ok I stay busy all year long I might have one bad rating from you but I have hundreds of good ratings from other sites and other people but thanks anyway."

Armando took the time to speak with me on the phone for our project and set up an appointment with me for that day. Then called to reschedule for a later appointment the same day...never heard from him again. We were in a pinch and needed some handyman help - if he couldn't do the job, he could have at least called us back to say so.

They did a good job. They were dependable, their schedule was flexible and they were here on time. They followed through on the work they were hired to do. Everything worked out fine. We were happy with what they did. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them for handyman type work. Their price seemed to be fair enough. The fan is still working.

Don't waste your time with this company. He tells a good story, but can't keep a promise.

"This is not true I spoke with this person but they wanted me there like yesterday I said I would try to be there as soon as possible but they decided to go with someone else that was the only time I spoke with them not at 2 then 4 then called bla bla bla... nothing like that happened."

He's pretty darn good. He did a beautiful job. He is flexible and cleans up after himself after he does the job. He does a good job of listening to what we want. The one downside is that he doesn't always come exactly when he says he will but most of the time he does. He had done several things for us. He concreted in a mailbox, did fence repair and cabinetry repair in the kitchen. He has done many small jobs and we feel like we can rely on him when we need a handyman. He does a good job.

Mr. Delgado is very skilled and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what work was desired and then completed in a timely and professional matter. He was sure to clean up the job site and report to me anything that came up which wasn't anticipated. I will definitely use Delgado's Handyman & Remodeling Services again and as a real estate agent myself, will refer their services to my clients.
