STEVE AND THE OTHER GUYS AT COMPUTER RENAISSANCE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER. TOOK THE TIME TO ADD SOME NEW SOFTWARE TO SEE IF IT WOULD ALLOW ROOM FOR IT WHILE WE WERE THERE, SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO GET HOME AND FIND OUT IT DID NOT WORK.

THESE GUYS HAVE HELPED US WITH SEVERAL COMPUTER PROBLEMS OVER THE PAST YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL IN ANY PROBLEM. THEY BACKED UP OUR FILES ON THE NEW MAXTOR AND ONTO THEIR BIG SYSTEM JUST IN CASE.
