I've been with Comcast since 2002. I used have the bundled services TV, Internet, and phone both residential and business class. Last March I dropped the residential cable TV, but I'm in contract for business class Internet and phone until Dec 2014. On Saturday,17 Aug 2013 I called about a problem with my primary email account. While the technician I talked with was very courteous, he was unable to resolve my problem over the weekend and assured me the problem would be resolved by the following Monday. I was finally contacted 10 days later (27 Aug). They still were unable to fix the problem. This is just one of many problems we've had with Comcast over the past two years. We've had enough. I will be dropping their phone service the day the contract is up and I hope there will be comparable ISP available at the end of 2014 so I can be free and clear of this " service" provider.

I have no problems with them, I have about 3 boxes hooked up to cable. The service is fine, they are a bit pricey, but they deliver everything that they said they would provide. I don't have any disappointments there. A lot of their promotions are catered towards new customers, and you have to call to get the same promotion.

Not much more to say. The installation person was helpful but rushed, and admitted he know nothing about getting the cable TV service to show up on our computer. The other problems didn't show up until later, and our calls to Comcast didn't solve the problem. Well, they said they would send someone out, but that would cost us (can't remember for sure know) something like $75.
Description of Work: We ordered Internet, phone and cable TV. None of them works very well for us. The internet randomly switches off, forcing us to reset it on the device every week or so, which takes 10-15 minutes, and happens usually at the moment we need it the most. The voice mail on the phone service is inconsistent, sometimes indicating a message was left when was indeed left, sometimes not. Sometimes in takes a few hours for the message to show up, which can be a big problem with those who have very elderly parents as we do. And the cable TV services works fine on a TV set, so I suppose we shouldn't complain; however, not on our PC.
