Prior to the sale I asked lots of questions of the office and asked to see a picture of what the cover looks like. This is a sturdy poly cover. There is a slight amount of metal bracing underneath the poly and against the house. They bring the raw materials close to size based on the measurements you provide and then custom cut quickly on the truck to exactly fit each individual well. (There is a couple of inch overlap over the well this is on purpose). It looks slightly opaque when installed but have no noticeable difference in the light that entered into our basement. Installer arrived as scheduled and was available for a few questions before and after install. Before install they sent a full disclaimer and information sheet explaining all of the ins and outs of the process and the actual installation and require signature on that document before starting work. I was very happy from the start to the finish of the project and I believe their prices to be very competitive.

Called the company, they asked if I had my measurements, told them yes. They arranged a date to come out and install. They arrived on time, installed the window cover and mailed the invoice. Called the next day and paid the invoice over the phone. The whole process was quick and easy!

 I was very impressed with how quick the entire process went.  When I called in my order after getting an estimate, it only

took one week for the covers to be installed.  The installer arrived on time and promptly replaced the window well covers and had me review his work.  He then explained how to put on the safety/security locks from inside.

Talked on the phone, got the estimate, ordered the work & they did it.  The covers look terrific, seem very sturdy, the person on the phone who handled all the timing was friendly and helpful.  I never saw anyone, just talked on the phone to get this completed.  I'm very pleased and grateful for such expertise.

They are willing to do the measurements for an extra fee. I did receive a discount because I had a coupon book. I felt I received a quality product. I would recommend them to others. However, they are a little higher priced.

This product met my expectations.
