+ -1 moreI recently bought my first home using an FHA loan. I recommend Kelli Githens at CCM so highly I wish I could give her 10 stars. She held my hand when I needed it and answered my questions like a human being. Before finding Cherry Creek Mortgage I approached a well-known western bank. The experience was completely impersonal, unhelpful, and I felt like I was speaking to a judge that didn't allow questions. So it was such a relief to find CCM! Whether you're new to home buying or not, use Kelli. She's AMAZING, sincere, and supportive. She wrote up my preapproval letter on a Saturday night when I decided to make the offer on my house. We even finished everything ahead of schedule and were able to close early!
