mortgage broker
 + -1 moreWhile signing the final paperwork at closing I find that the interest rate was incorrect on the contract. The rate was lower than expected so I mentioned it to the mortgage broker. He runs out of the room and starts to talk on his cell phone. After a few minutes the broker returns and stops the closing process so that his error could be fixed. The closing process took three times longer than expected. I would think that with this much money at the table that the numbers would be verified before everyone comes to the closing process?
Description of Work: Mortgage broker for house purchased in Nov 2006.
