CertaPro Painters® of Highlands Ranch

CertaPro has painted two of my rental houses in Highlands Ranch.  After they did the first one, the neighbors all wanted to know who did the work as they were so fast and efficient and both houses looked great after they were done.  The last one was in January, which they fit in between snow and cold weather.  I was not at either house when the work was done, but the results were great.

The painters were prompt and did a good job painting.

It was HORRIBLE! Worst people in the world to work with.  Their TV commercials say that respect you home and your lifestyle.  That's a bunch of BS.  Left proped open our front door without saying a word and just watched while our house cat escaped.  Instead of apologizing or trying to help find him, they called my husband a f***** and told him to get a dog.  Then they attempted to physically assault him!  If you have any sense whatsoever, do not use this piece of crap company!!

The man who came to our house to prepare the estimate was very professional and courteous.  He was thorough with his assessment and we were happy with the estimate he provided.
Once we made our color selection, they scheduled to start at our house right away.  There were a few days of weather delay which is to be expected this time of year.  Since they couldn't get started until later in the week, the men doing the work said that they would work over the weekend (the weekend before Thanksgiving).  They didn't show up and didn't call.  They did come on Monday and on Tuesday, but weren't here all day.  When we left for Thanksgiving, I did go ahead and give my credit card information to the supervisor (which I should not have done and that is my fault) in good faith to show that we were ready to pay when the job was complete - even though we were going to be out of town for a few days.  We came home from Thanksgiving (the Sunday after) and almost no further work had been done.  Again, there were some weather issues, and a holiday so I wasn't that alarmed or upset.  By that Friday I had not heard one word from anyone and there were nice weather days that week when work could have been done.  I then reconciled my bank account and realized that my card had been charged for the full amount!  I emailed the supervisor and he apologized and said that he was told the job was complete.  But we hadn't signed anything acknowledging that is was complete.  He sent workers over the next day.  These were different workers and though they were very polite, they didn't speak much English which made it difficult to communicate.  They worked for a few more days and then another man came by the last day to do the touch up work that we pointed out to him.  He was also polite and spoke very good English.
After they were all gone, there was debris in our yard (paint rags and painters tape) and paint chips scattered around from where they had scraped off the old paint.  And our garden hose was strung out through the flower bed (and it was coiled up nicely under the spout when they arrived).
In summary, we would not hire them again.  We were promised a daily check in with updates and progress - which we didn't receive.  There was debris left in our yard.  Our card was charged for full payment nearly a week and a half before the work was complete.

They did a great job. The gentlemen that did the work were awesome. They were very caring and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their work. They did a great job overall.

They did very well. We had a good experience with them.

Painters were nice clean and courteous, late one day but made up for it in the hard work . Communication was great throughout the process

The work that they have done was very well. The whole staff was very professional from the people answering the phone in their office to the guys actually doing the painting. They were very good.

The painter showed up on time and was very efficient in how he got the job done. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job.
