Description of Work: I called Joe Massey as a recommendation from someone I knew. I was looking to do an FHA streamline refinance. I was told he would be honest and give me good info so I could make an educated decision. That was the best advice I could have taken advantage. I refinanced not going with an FHA but convensional and saving $200 dollars more a month. It is a better loan and learned a lot about the different loans. He was very easy to deal with and was able to email everything to him and that made it very convenient as I am always on the go. They even set up for the title company to come to my job to do the closing. I couldn't be happier and would use them again in a heart beat.
