This was a good installation experience although the purchasing side (in the store) was rocky with a new salesman. In terms of the installation, the crew was extremely fast and did a quality job. They also did a nice job cleaning up when they were through, this is rare in my experience.

Our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Jane was so helpful in helping me pick the perfect carpet and even came out to my house to help me with paint color for the walls. Very professional and extremely helpful. The carpet arrived on time, they were able to work with our tight schedule - there was one day between the time the painters left and our possessions arrived and they did everything on that day and did great work. We will definitely go back to Jane when we decide to re-carpet the basement.
