The communication between me and the salesmen were bad. The installers were great and did their job fine. The install job was late and I was not notified that the carpet was not in stock on time for my install. Do more shopping for carpet before settling on one store.

Very well. We had a few concerns at first but they were promptly addressed by our saleslady, Bridget Wiley. She came out in person to our home during the installation to review the work being done. We were very pleased with her dedication to getting the job done right.

It went well.  I like the price and quality.  Everything went fine.

I have not installed my stove yet but they left me enough space to put the stove in.  I have not gotten my stove yet.

They have been okay but it was hard to get a hold of their salesman a little bit.  He was not always in the store and I had to email him.

We placed our order on 6/28/14 and put half down. Our bathroom flooring was installed on July 23rd but not completed. It was finished on Sept. 15th when additional parts were ordered. Meanwhile the hardwood we originally ordered was out of stock so we chose something else. That wood got lost at sea and was taking months so we ordered a third wood. It arrived at our house on September 6th. We were told it had to acclimate to the high humidity we were having so it was finally installed on Oct. 6 and 7. The carpet was then installed on Oct. 9th. The carpet installers left a pretty big mess in the garage where they were cutting the carpet because it was raining. We also found over the next few days about 10 carpet staples including one that punctured my husband's foot. The carpet guy had to come back because the den carpet was not properly tucked under the kitchen hard wood. We also had an issue with the carpet being tucked under the bathroom flooring. It looked very shaggy. It was finally decided what to do with that edge and a trim piece was put down and finished on Oct. 26th. The whole process took 4 months. Salesman Lisa was great!

They hire sub-contractors to do the installation, which they do not supervise. The sub-contractors reinstalled a toilet incorrectly and caused over $5000 worth of water damage. Carpet Exchange would not assist recover the cost of repairs from the sub-contractor.

I worked with Rob Doelling, Sales Consultant (303) 796-9600 when I originally went in for flooring.  He was able to help me get new granite countertops as part of my flooring budget.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  The granite installation job was very easy and looks beautiful so moving on to the flooring project with Rob next.

We didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, but the price seemed reasonable. We were very pleased. We have no complaints. They carpeted a little back stairway for us. The salesman that we spoke to first to pick up the carpeting was very helpful. He was very quick to understand what we needed and he pointed us towards some remnants and one of the remnants served our purpose and that was a good experience working with the salesman. When the installer arrived, he was excellent too. He was careful with his work and didn't waste time either. It looks very neat and nothing's gone wrong with it and it was the 21st of October when he installed it. They were very quick.

It took me about 6 months from start to finish, because I needed time to shop and figure out what carpet I wanted to put in. The prices at Carpet Exchange seemed better than most other places and their customer service was very good. We used Adam at Carpet Exchange and he was very patient and very helpful. We were able to take many samples home to see how they would look in our home. Before we purchased, Adam came to our home to help us pick the color (we were having trouble deciding) and he was incredibly helpful. The color is perfect and the carpet looks great! The installers did my entire house in one long day and did a really good job--including tearing out old carpet, putting in new padding and new carpet. I would definitely use them again.

I was moving in to a new house, closed on a thursday and needed to have the carpet installed the following week but couldn't get anyone in to measure until after my close date. After going to home depot and lowes where they would only be able to install their stock carpeting within my timeframe I decided to check out Carpet Exchange. I worked with Laura who was informative and very helpful and worked within my budget. I explained my scenario (needing the carpet asap) and we checked the database to see if I could put the carpet that I had picked out on hold (this carpet was a much higher quality than either of the stock options at home depot or lowes that I was looking at). Laura was able to get me the carpet that I wanted, in the color that I wanted. I had to put down a deposit of $180 but is was fully refundable if I did not want to go through with the installation. I had the measurement on Friday (the day after close) and the carpet installed on Tuesday. When the carpet arrived it didn't look as nice as the sample I had but I think that was because it was all rolled up and pressed flat. After being installed and vacuumed it looks great. All together the experience was great, within my budget and time constraints. I would definitely use this carpet exchange again.

Quality of materials was fine, quality of installation was good. The problem was in the ordering process. We ordered a certain kind of carpet that was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. After 8 days, I called to confirm the installation date and they said the manufacturer had not even started making the carpet yet. No one contacted me to inform me of this. So we had to start all over and order another color, one that was in stock at their manufacturer's facility. Because of this, the installation was delayed and ended up being very inconvenient, because of having out of town guests at our house.
