The service was done well and in a timely fashion. My problem was that the price was flexible and unpredictable, and they always recommended service that i did not need. I felt taken advantage of and on some occasions as if they were dishonest and manipulative about their charges. I do not use them anymore.

I wanted to buy a Subaru and this was the closest dealer. Things started off well, but when I started actually looking at vehicles the saleman named Dusty was not listening very well. When I looked at the Foresters, he told me which one I wanted; not the one I wanted. He pushed for the model and he wanted me to buy, not the one I wanted. So I told him to slow down and listen, which had no effect. I wanted to look at other vehicles and he seemed to make this "too difficult." Plus, he said he could get the price down but that never happened. I eventually found the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but it was too much work to do again. Also, when going to financing they kept pushing this and that that I didn't want. I finally just said, "No, no, no." On the plus side the people there were all friendly. However, the sales techniques were very "old school" for my tastes. By that I mean guiding the buyer instead of simply listening and responding.

I have always liked the work they've done for me. They do the job right the first time and guarantee the work that they've performed. Prices are average dealer prices but the quality of the work they do is well worth any extra cost. The work they did for me this time was higher labor work which required extra hours so they kept the car for one night. The estimate they gave me was for $3000, but I found a coupon on-line which saved me hundreds. I ended up paying $2299 which was a great savings from the original $3000 I was quoted.

They are a full service auto service that is of very high quality in the auto service field. They are always friendly and the service is accommodating. I continue to trust them with my vehicle and I will continue to use their service.

They have been working on my for years. I bought my car there and they are very attentive and do a great job. They also do great on regular check ups.

Excellent. Whenever I have to get anything major done on my cars - I take them to Burt. They stand behind repairs, and try to make it right if they do something wrong. recently asked them to change a leaking oil pump in my daughter's 1992 SVX. Left the car, and in about an hour, they called me and told me that the oil pump did not need to be changed - just resealed. How many other dealers do you know of that would call you and tell you that a service that you requested did not really have to be done?
