I work for a property management company and needed a professional, reliable company for pest control. The service techs are efficient and friendly and the get the job done. The office staff are most helpful and knowledgeable. They always call back to check whether or not a follow up visit is needed. Prices are great. I highly recommend Budget Pest Control!

The tech removed the nest, then came and told me that he had removed the nest and that it had been abandoned, then he inspected the rest of the outside of the house and removed a few more small wasp nests. The whole operation took about 10 minutes. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing; he said "I didn't do any work." I took his card and you can rest assured that when I have some "real" extermination work, I will call them.

Budget sent someone over right away and took care of the problem, allowing the painters to finish on time.
Description of Work
We were having our house painted, and the painters uncovered a bees' nest between the porch roof and the soffit that had to be dealt with immediately, so they could finish the job.

Paul came within the window they gave. He was very nice and very professional. He examined the "tunnels" in the yard and advised that they were not vole (or mole) tunnels. He believed they were just settling of the ground due to the dry weather. He only charged for a service call.

Six years ago I was bitten by a spider which gave me many months of pain. Budget Pest Control was recommended to me and I have used them ever since. I have them come once a month but I understand that they have other plans to offer. Their servicemen, Mike, Josh, to name a few, are very honest, professional, efficient and thorough. They don shoe booties so as not to track in dirt. The product they use is non toxic, which as a pet owner is important to me. They spray inside as well as the outside. During the past six years, the only bugs I have encountered in my house are dead ones. I gladly pay their $55 dollar fee for my peace of mind. Laura, their receptionist calls me once a month to remind me to schedule. I highly recommend his company.

I called into Budget Pest Control and explained the ants who had moved into my house just a week after we had. The representative asked certain questions to determine the type of pest, and scheduled my appointment. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who came to spray was courteous and respectful of my house and kids/dog. I asked him questions about how harmful the spray would be to my dog as she licks everything. He explained how the spray works and put me at ease that my dog and us humans would not be harmed. He is very experienced and impressed me with his knowledge. Just like he predicted, my pests were gone in about a week. I don't remember my initial cost, but my follow up was $48 several months later.

We've used this service for years. They automatically call me when it is time. They are flexible about finding a time that works for me and they always show up within their two hour time window. They are very helpful with dealing with special problems, like ants in the springtime.

Excellent company. Second time we have used them. They returned my call right away and Ron arrived the next day. They were prepared to treat flying ants, which is what I thought I had, but they had to switch chemicals when they determined the insects were of the wasp family. Ron was excellent. He was very thorough and detailed. ( I really appreciated the paper booties he put on when we went through the house to the backyard). I'm hoping we don't need pest control again, but if we do, Budget will be the company I call.

I heard about them from a friend when I lived in another place earlier. I pay them $100 every three months to take care of the bug problem and $48 every month for rodent control. They’re really good. They’re reliable and careful. They do great work. The stuff that they use is not harmful to pets and this was talked about on some local news channel. They do a really great job. They are very reasonable in terms of price. The price hasn’t really changed much in 20 years. They’re just really good and excellent in everything. I will use them again in the future.

If you use them every six months, you get a discount. Sometimes we do that, sometimes we don't. The people that originally lived in our house had used them. They are a locally owned business. They have great customer service. They have a good deal. They aren't always trying to get you locked into a contract.

They always arrive within the window they specify. They are friendly and knowledgeable and ask if we have any new "pests". Although you can't completely eliminate spiders, etc. they seem to be less abundant around our house. We have used them quarterly for several years.

On their last visit Budget Pest Control arrived on time, sprayed thoroughly inside and out, collected their fee and left. The process took aproximately 30 minutes.
Description of Work
I have used Budget Pest Contol for the past 8-10 years for spider control inside the house. They come every 3 months and spray the entire main floor, the finished basement and laundry room, the garage, and all around the outside of the house. They are thorough and professional, have always been on time and have even returned to spray again for free when it rained and we found another spider in the basement. They wear covers on their shoes to protect our rugs and are pleasant and cheerful to work with.
