Charge per time. I need to checked him on his truck to know what his doing. He was talking to someone. But there are good people.

I've had no trouble with the system. I got several estimates and they were the best. I had heard good things about them and they had some adds on the radio that made me think I would give them a try. They seemed to be the most reasonable and the guy that came out seemed to know most about what he was going to be doing. They cleaned up the area when done.

It all went great! Richard was the tech and he arrived right on time; got everything fixed and was very personable and pleasant. We have been using Braconier for several years and have always had good, reliable service from them.

Saturday morning 9 a.m. I discovered water pouring out beneath my tankless hot water heater, flooding a portion of my sunroom. I called multiple plumbers, and none wanted to work on it but one recommended Braconier. Ken Spencer at Braconier took my call, stayed on the phone with me for a long time helping me find applicable model #'s/serial #'s and other info to figure out what the issue was before he came over, so he could bring the right parts with him. He was very giving of his time for a Saturday morning without even being hired by me yet. It ended up being the pressure relief valve which other plumbers could have fixed, but I didn't know that at the time and none of them suggested that or wanted to try to diagnose anything with me on the phone as Ken did. He came within about an hour and a half from his home across town, brought the part with him, and fixed it in about 15 minutes. He gave me more info on the unit as well, after he was off the clock. I have nothing but praise for Ken. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, fast, thorough, explained everything. I'd use him again in a heartbeat for any plumbing issue, without hesitation. Really, really good guy in every way. The exact kind of person you want responding to an emergency call when something is flooding.

They visited, made recommendations, I told them what worked needed to be done, and then... nothing.   No follow up.

They did a marvelous job and were very professional and saved me over $1200 compared to the other bid we had received. They did excellent work. They also explained to me how I can get air out of the hot water lines in an effective ways.

I couldn't believe that they would list me as someone for a referral. Our boiler ended up not being broken at all. A few hundred dollars of repairs later, my boiler has worked ever since. I was very upset at the time for what they tried to do to me. People cheat you a little bit here and there but that, to me, was just extremely unethical. Some things needed to be fixed, nothing on the boiler itself, it just had to do with some repairs on the way the plumbing was set up. The price was ridiculous because they charged me to come out and they didn't even fix it. I tried to call them, too, to address the issue and they didn't really make much effort to reach out to me.

When they installed the tub, our main service water line had been cut.  We had never had issues with the line, and the company never responded to my concerns.  Ultimately, it cost me nearly 600 dollars to repair the line, and I had another company complete the work.

They have been excellent.  We really like the technician that the company sends, and he has been the only one able to resolve our furnace problems.

They were very thorough and quick, and they resolved the problem without any issues.  In fact, they were able to do the work when other companies could not.  Furthermore, they were very knowledgeable and courteous.

It was an unpleasant experience.  The new equipment was fine, but the technician left for several hours and attempted to overbill me.  I had to phone the office to have the bill reduced by almost 200 dollars.

They've always been a little expensive - not much more than other good people - but they are the best. I've used them for 20 years. All of the employees have been there for many, many years - there's absolutely no turn over. They've been in business for more than 100 years! They are very courteous. When they come out they're very well equipped & clean. They really know their stuff inside & outside. I've always been satisfied regardless of the type of work they've done.

They claimed they had to go get a draft motor at the supply house.  The driver took a highly congested route to pickup the draft motor which took 2 hours rather than 45 minutes.  They charged me double because of his poor judgement on the route.  It was a very common item that probably should have been on the truck.  The other thing is they tried to charge me $360 for a tiny motor the size of a bean can.  That motor normally costs in the $50-60-70 range.  I gave them $180 for the motor.  They seemed to be in the business of puffing the cost.  They put in a Chinese motor which is about the cheapest you can buy so I don't expect it to last long.

From the time I called Braconier to the time I was saying good-bye to the serviceman, was an astonishing 60 minutes. He found the problem to my furnace right away and replaced the part in record time. It was a heat sensor. I think I will try their plumbing next time I need it. Jeremy Romero acted as my serviceman and performed his job wonderfully. The cost was well within a price I felt comfortable with and they told me up front what the service cost was going to be-double time because it was an emergency call on a Sunday evening, but I expect that.

Six months ago, a shower head in the master bath wouldn't shut off, so one of their repairmen (Eric) came out and replaced the valve.

It started to leak again, he came back out and attempted to fix it, but it still leaked a little .  He came back out the next day and replaced someting else and it worked.  I was not charged for either visit.  This company gets my vote.

The technician was on time.  He quickly identified the problem, advised me of the part costs and quickly went about the repairs.
Additionally he inspected and served other heater components and repaired a broken piece of the vent pipe.  He was professional, experienced and skilled in working with heating units.

The technician was on-time, quickly located the problem and was able to get my A/C working in about an hour.  He was professional and clearly skilled at A/C and heating units.

The work was decent. The job went very well. I was very impressed with him and I would be calling him back for some more plumbing jobs. I think the price was fine because he didn’t replace the water heater which most plumbers do. I liked him a lot. He was friendly. He was very responsive. I would use his services again in the future.

Quote was provided with various options. We chose the options we wanted and a new quoute was turned around quickly. Jeremy was helpful in answering questions about the faucet selection. We will use them again

The job was completed very efficiently without being rushed. Very clean copper pipe replacement. After piping work was completed, Don checked every radiator and baseboard and cleared the system of air to make sure each unit was providing enough heat. He explained ways to personally check the boiler in both the harsh winter and shut down recommendations for the summer. Recommended having the service inspected/checked every year before the winter (October). Did not push extra products or service plans, recommended not buying unnecessary parts to replace items I thought needed replaced, and cleaned around the boiler when finished. Glad to know Don and Braconier have gotten to know my boiler and heating system.

They do a pretty thorough job as far as their service contract is concerned. I don?t have any complaints with their work. The price that they charge is fine. I have used them for years. I wouldn?t have used them for so long if I didn?t think that they provided good service.

They were punctual for the installation and the pricing was very competitive. They are a ?green? company. I have had some small problems with the system, but they have been very responsive. I plan to continue using them in the future.

I have had people coming to me to complain about things they can't fix. Just call these people and they'll fix it. They'll get it done. They are just fantastic at it. I have been using them for seven years. They aren't the cheapest out there, but they are darn good. Anybody I've had use them has come back with the same conclusion.
