Appliance Sale
Great service, knowledgeable, courteous. All arrived as promised. Dishwasher delivered was not the model ordered. They were willing to rectify, but I was unwilling to wait for another one to be ordered, holding up the remodeling project which had dragged on for too long, through no fault of theirs. We compromised on them ordering parts with which mine could be converted. I came to the store with Consumer Reports articles with data on reliability. Two employees dismissed these as not meaningful. While I can see that "CR Best" ratings are based upon features that may not be ones I want, the reliability data is based upon thousands of replies and surely more useful than the experiences they have heard from just their clients. They recommended a range that was one of the lowest reliability in Consumer Reports. I chose a high reliability range. Someone who was not informed could have been unhappy, although they said they had many satisfied clients with the model they recommended.
