We would not recommend them. I think the work was okay but the communication was horrible with them. It just went on and on and they would not call her back. It was an insurance claim but I think their price was okay. They did not finish on time and would tell her they would show up but would not show up. Sometimes they would show up without letting her know they were going to.

The entire process went very smoothly.  Everyone was professional, capable and courteous.  They were punctual.  They were careful not to damage anything in the house.  The project managers from Blu Sky carefully monitored the work of their subcontractors and kept us informed.  In both the wood floor area and in the basement ceiling, the new work blends perfectly with the old.

I have to give them a lot of credit for sticking with a small, difficult job that had insurance confusion from 2 separate storms. All of the other contractors I talked to didn't want to mess with it. The job turned out very nice and they have my hart felt thanks for dealing with the insurance company. The only reason I didn't give them top scores was some of the workmen that came out, specifically the texture guys had to redo the job several times. Bottom line the job came out nice and I would definitely recommend them.

Ken gave us an estimate which was very close to what our insurance said they would cover. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job.
