I hired Jason for a tree removal and the trimming back of a peach tree as discussed. There were some branches missed on the peach tree and based on our conversation he agreed that he'd finish the job. Trusting him at his word, I paid him in full for the work expecting the work to be done as agreed in just a few days.
This was work that my neighbor told him I wanted done. This was work that he agreed should be done.
It has now been 1.5 months with only one call back and a bunch of non-returned calls. I have given him every chance possible and been more than understanding...
I WAS going to hire him for lawn care in the spring. I WAS going to refer him to friends. But he has proven himself wholly unreliable and not one to stand by his word offering up excuse after excuse.
