In each case he and his crew were professional and thorough. They show up on time, do the work and clean up. I feel strongly that we received excellent value for our investment with them. If (when) we do another major project, Jim Blackstock is the man we will call.
With respect to our responsibilities in the renovations, I will say that the more prepared I was, the more smoothly the job went. Jim never made difficulties when I had not made timely decisions on design or materials, but I certainly slowed things down when I was not prepared.

Everything was very good. These were long projects, and they didn't happen overnight, but the workers and supervision were all top-notch.
