Beyond Roofing has been providing service to Englewood an the greater Denver metro area for over two decades. Since 1993 we have been building a network of partnerships with insurance and real estate agents, association and property managers, and homeowners who continue to trust us for their roofing and exterior home improvement needs. "Beyond Roofing takes customer service and concerns extremely seriously, as evidenced by our A+ Better Business Bureau rating and 5-star [Redacted] rating. We attempted to work with the customer who posted this review for many months to resolve an ever-changing list of concerns that proved unfounded and included work not contemplated in her Agreement. In multiple instances, we completed work not covered by her contract at no cost to her (at our own expense), simply in an effort to resolve the matter. After the customer withheld final payment for many months and made a series of unfounded counterclaims, the matter was submitted to Arbitration. An independent (American Arbitration Association) arbitrator defeated/denied each of the customer'[Member Information Removed] improper installation and fraud claims. The customer was ordered to pay all amounts invoiced/due, including interest, both parties' arbitration expenses, and a substantial portion of Beyond Roofing'[Member Information Removed] legal fees. Beyond Roofing respectfully but totally disagrees with the post by this customer as it is riddled with inaccuracies and false and defamatory statements. Beyond Roofing is disappointed that it was not able to reach an amicable resolution with this customer, despite making serious attempts to do so. We hope this input helps put the customer'[Member Information Removed] review in context."
