Home Building
WE PLACED THE HOME UNDER CONTRACT AFTER A MAJORITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETE (CARPETING WAS BEING LAID). WE HAD AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE SALES STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE FINAL WALK WENT WELL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT THE CLOSE WAS ON THE SOUTH END OF DENVER (BROOMFIELD IS ON THE NORTH END).
