He took over an hour to assess my needs, where I stood financially, what I felt comfortable paying each month in a mortgage and finding a loan best fit for me. He was very friendly, professional, personable and responsive.
Description of Work: Countrywide Home Loans is my lender for the new home I purchased in June of this year. Joe Blake was my loan officer through the company. There was no direct out of pocket expense due to the nature of the business and home sales.
