 + -1 moreThe experience with Bank Of America Home Loans was fine. It was all done over the phone and I was basically able to pay a few months of home loans and the interest went down.They have been fine except this one time when I had to call for the missing mortgage and I didn't like to give out a lot of information over the phone and I didn't do what the first gentleman was saying and I said I would just go to the bank but I realized it was just an ATM so I called again and spoke to someone else and at that point, I realized that they were going to charge me a late fee and that was over the phone and I told her that I have never missed my payments so she waived the charges. They did respond and the second person was more helpful. I keep getting notices that I could get a refinance again and I don't like that.
Description of Work: I refinanced a few years ago through Bank Of America Home Loans.
