The two techs did a great job! Efrain and Jesus were very professional. They cleaned up the entire job site and the inspector said they did a really nice job with their work.

Sonia and her crew made this whole process painless. They came on time, were thoughtful about minimizing the (still necessarily considerable) effect on our access to the remaining areas of our house, and were both punctual each day and on-time with the completion. They left a very clean area in which it's clear that the ceilings and caulk were totally removed.

Asbestos Abatement, Inc. couldn't have been better. It was great working with them. Obviously, having exposed asbestos in your home is stressful. When my restoration company found the asbestos, they contacted Asbestos Abatement, Inc. The team arrived on time and were prepared, which was really of comfort to me. The team was also so kind and courteous. They were just genuinely friendly and nice to talk to. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood--which isn't easy because I have cognition problems, so they sometimes had to repeat things to me. They were always patient.

They started the job on a Friday. The area was going to be cordoned off through Saturday, early afternoon. I had been so stressed out since the flood that had done so much damage to my house. I knew that the first thing I wanted to do after 5 pm on a Friday was have much-needed drink, but the bar was taped off. One member of the team asked me what to get, ran in and got it all for me. So nice. They even asked me what time I wanted them to come back in the morning in case I didn't feel that well! And they were great when they arrived the next morning. Since, as promised, I did not look/feel that great, they gently told me to please go back to bed, that they would take care of everything.

Discovering asbestos and mold in our basement was not only shocking, it was scary. We were concerned about the potential hazard to our children, wondered if it would be removed completely, and what the cost might be. We were referred to Asbestos Abatement, Inc. by another mold removing company that could not address the asbestos - and we are VERY grateful for that referral. I first spoke with John and he explained the entire process detailing how both the asbestos and mold would be removed following strict protocol. Though not the cheapest quote we received, the cost was very reasonable considering the job - and we took solace in knowing that it would be done correctly the first time. And it was! Steve, Justin, and Toby were nothing short of amazing. They were professional, on time, took their time to do the job right, and explained each of the steps and why. We chose not to remain in the house while the work was being done and felt extremely comfortable with this team in our home. We plan on doing additional work in our home in the future to upgrade the basement and kitchen and will use Asbestos Abatement, Inc. (and request Steve, Justin, and Toby!) again. Fantastic, responsible company that does exactly what they said they would do. We are back in our home with no mold and no exposed asbestos. Thank you!!

Robert was fantastic. Responded quickly to an estimate request and clearly explained all our options. Something I didn't get from any of the other companies we checked with. He was happy to work with our plumber to make the most efficient use of everyone's time. The job was done on time and on budget. Robert communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend this service. Would gladly use them again.

Very responsive and professional.  Work was completed satisfactorily and on time.

The team was knowledgeable and educated me on all the steps they would take.  Once complete, the room and entry rooms to the kitchen were cleaned and everything left just as it was prior, except that the asbestos tiles were completely removed.  The inspector found no trace of asbestos remaining.  This company is so quick to respond and so thorough in all aspects of their work.

Joel was quick to respond and give us an estimate. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.
My only complaint was that in a couple of locations the duct work was cut in a choppy way, which made it harder for the HVAC installation people to replace and reconnect everything.

It went great! They came on a Saturday morning, right on
time and had the work done in an hour.
The duct was joined to a vent in the floor, they made sure
the vent was sealed from both sides before pulling the asbestos out, and they
were able to salvage the vent grate so we didn?t have a big hole in the floor.
I will absolutely use this company again if we find any more
asbestos.

Their price was reasonable.  We set a date and they showed up when they were supposed to and they were done when they were supposed to be.  The work went fine but the communication could have been better.
