It s difficult to say enough good things about this company, the employees and the quality of their work. Brice, the landsacpe architect, came up with a great design for the space. He allowed us to make some suggested changes, but pushed back on some ideas of mine that would have been mistakes. He was onsite at multiple critical times to insist on the exact placement of boulders, the pitch of the pathway, the placement of plants and the lighting configuration. He has a great eye for design and great knowledge of the materials and plants that will work in our environment. Devin, the ownerr, is one of the most conscientious contractors I have ever worked with. Extremely organized, he kept his team working very efficiently. He was on site almost every day, inspecting and insisting that all the work be done carefully and correctly. He has been back multiple times since completion, to check on plant progress ( replacing a few that were looking weak), adjusting lighting, and checking on our satisfaction. The team that worked on our place has been with Devin for over a decade. They are hardworking, careful, talented stone masons and machine operators. Their cleanup on completion was exemplary. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hardscape/landscape project. We would definitely use them again in the future.

We moved into our house in 2008. The house was built in 1988 and the landscape was unchanged since it was first installed. Our
front yard had a minimum of plantings and a lot of grass.  Our backyard was a similar, uninspired
combination of scraggly bushes and yard. Visually the landscaping was bland and
unappealing.
We hired Devin Brunke, owner of Arcadia Design Group, to
develop a xeriscape inspired plan that would give us more outdoor sitting
areas, increase the flowering plants and reduce the grassy areas. The plan came
together nicely. We now have an inviting outdoor space with curving foot paths
and summer long blossoms. It gets prettier every year.
Devin and his crew were quite professional and it was a joy
to work with them. We have received many complements from our neighbors and I
continue to recommend Devin to others.
 

We had three meetings with Curtis to finalize the design plan.  The first was an in-depth conversation about our expectations and a detailed site analysis, which included many precise measurements.  At the next meeting, Curtis presented his preliminary drawings, at which time we could revise the design.  Once we settled on the design, Curtis took a few weeks to draw it.  It took about a month to from start to finish to receive the final plans.

Excellent throughout. Arcadia was recently created from Curtis and Devin's prior companies, so I was a little apprehensive at first. Both had good references, including people I knew. Design & construction was first quality & company was very customer oriented and responsive. I was given options for modifications. A problem with water hammer in sprinkler system was actively debugged and resolved without trouble. Very flexible and open minded a long with a lot of real experience, which was invaluable.
