Anthony's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

It went well. They were very responsive! They actually came earlier than expectded. The only reason I gave a B was the lack of communication as I did not realize that the guys were coming a week earlier than I had expected (not a bad thing) it just threw me off a bit. The only thing is I was not able to be at the house when they did the work and they did not put the pipe in even and there is a bump in our yard. I am hoping that it settles down and straightens out. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The plumber wasn't straight on what he was doing. The only reason I had to use him is because my plumber was busy for a few weeks. The cost was twice as much as it should have been. He left the area clean when he was done. 

They could improve their pricing in the future and better explain their services.

An appointment was made for Daniel to come out on Tuesday afternoon, arriving sometime between 1:00 and 3:00, with a call to be made to my cell phone a half hour before his arrival. When I arrived home around noon I opened the basement door and the odor was gone. After a week of dealing with it that was quite a surprise. Daniel called right around 12:30 and said he should be there by 1:00. He arrived just a few minutes early. He was clean cut and wearing black jeans and a pressed shirt, very clean and professional appearing. He didn't smell any bad odor either but used a sniffer tool that would identify any sewer gas leaks. He was diligent and checked all the joints in the drain, sewer and vent lines. Nothing. I was prepared to have him scope the sewer line anyway just to rule out a problem, but he didn't think that was necessary. He suggested we wait instead and see if the smell comes back. If it does we can then call them to return and do further testing. Total charge for his service call? ZERO! Not even a trip charge. When was the last time a service professional made a house call for free? The entire experience from the phone call to see if they might be the right company to handle our problem to when he left our home was perfect, from start to finish. They may not have made any money from us this week, but you can bet we will call them the next time we have a plumbing or drain problem! I also sell real estate and am always looking for good partners to refer to my clients. Guess which company just moved to the top of my list? It's been a very long time since I've had a wow experience with a service company but they knocked by socks off.

They couldn't do the job because I needed electrical work done first.

I woke up to frozen pipes and no running water. Anthony's Plumbing sent someone by mid-morning who took a lot of care with locating the problem. It turned out to be more complicated than expected, but he persisted until the problem was solved and I had running water again. Both the technician and the owner were friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Truck showed up on time (about 1 hour after I contacted them on Saturday), and was able to clear a very clogged line. Cleaned up their mess, gave advice on the line. I will definitely use them again.

I have had problems with the main sewer line in the basement. At times it would back up out of the floor drain. I have had 3 different companies come out and they would clean out the pipe and say that everything is OK. There were good reports about Anthony's plumbing on the internet so I tried them. Dano Stollsteimer showed up on time and correctly diagnosed the problem. The cast iron pipe in the slab had rusted out and needed to be replaced. I have not had any trouble since they replaced the cast iron. I'm very happy with the work they have done.

The whole job took place as Robert had explained except that a second concrete panel in the driveway (over the eventual connection of the new pipe to the city sewer pipe) had to be broken due to the location of the underground gas main which also passes under my drive way. The five-man crew showed up at 7:30 AM and left by 3:30 PM once their work was completed.  All of the crew were polite and worked hard. It was an amazing process to watch as the new pipe was pulled into place.  I was "out of service" for only about 3 hours during this time. They also pulled the city permit and arranged for inspection. Three days later
their concrete sub-contractor installed the two new concrete panels in my driveway in about two and a half hours. I have had no problems at all with their work.

It went well.  The technician was on time, polite and to the point. He was able to perform the services requested. Originally we were going to clean the main sewer line, but as he saw there were no blockages he offered instead to capture a DVD of the clean drain for potential buyers (the house was going to be sold).

line (no charge) so he knew exactly where it was, marked the line outside, Gave
us repair options, sanitized the cleanout he used for the camera and explained
everything in a homeowner friendly way.

Luke was professional, cordial and thorough, and had us back in business within an hour (including the drive time to get parts). I can't recommend Anthony's Plumbing enough. We've lived in Columbine Valley for 10 years and have tried all the plumbers out there. Now we've got our plumber for the next 10 years.

We live in a an 1938 home and the sewer needed to be replaced. We called several companies to come do and estimate and tell us what we needed to be done. We felt Anthony's was a fair price and knew what they were doing. They did pipe bursting and so far we have not had any problems. They were here on time and were done when they said they would be. They followed up like they said. I would use them again in the future.

They were amazing in service. Their price was reasonable. They completed a large job in a day. I would highly recommend their services.

We had a bad situation with our sewer that had dragged on for months. Once Anthony's was on the job, they scheduled the repair and accomplished the total job in one day! They had the right tools, equipment, experience and perspective to do it quickly, properly, and with total professionalism. I've seldom felt so impressed and grateful for the services of such experts.
