My son bought a sofa sleeper and hasn't even had it three months. Before he bought it he asked all the questions? Like does it have a warranty? Well, apparently, rivots popping is regular wear and tear.....IT'S NOT! If you buy a couch from here, don't sit on it....it's just for show! Don't believe me, look at the rest of their 1 star reviews! I wish I had!! BUYERS BE WARE

They were very professional about the whole thing. They put blankets on the stuff to bring it in and they called before they came which was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. They price was reasonable and the service was great.

I have tried to get resolution on this and they are using the excuse that there is a stain on the mattress. When they came out to look at it, no stain was mentioned. The mattress is defective whether or not there was ever a stain. There is no stain now and I am not pleased. The main problem now is that after MULTIPLE phone calls, their customer service people are RUDE and uncaring about customer satisfaction. THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SATISFACTION.

The desk was the type furniture that the buyer must assemble. I had trouble finding the advertised assembled unit on the sales floor. I asked a salesperson and she cheerfully led me to the unit, took my sales order, and arranged for a delivery person to wheel it to my car and load it in the trunk. I was impressed with the attentive service that I received for such a modest purchase. The instructions for the assembly of the desk were reasonably clear, with all parts present and described in the assembly instructions. The assembly takes a fair amount of time to complete, but this is the nature of inexpensive 'knock-down' furniture.
