ON A SCALE OF 1-10, I'D GIVE THEM AN 8. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US (THE BUYERS) AND THEM AT TIMES CAUSED FOR SOME HEADACHE, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WENT SMOOTH. WE LOVE OUR NEW/ FIRST HOME PURCHASE.
