I purchased a carpet cleaning service from this company to start my Spring Cleaning. I spoke to the customer service, which was fairly pleasant. The service person arrived (2) Two hours late!!! I could not believe it !! The service person was a young, nice individual but his work was terrible. He dragged in this huge machine (cleaner) and proceeded to track up the floor even more. He ran the carpet cleaner around rugs oppose to moving them. I could not believe my eyes. He even had the nerve to sit on the cell phone on my time- after being 2 hours late. He left too much water in the floor and it took forever to dry. The service person was really nice just untrained. I was not satisfied at all with the service and would never use them again. The cost was cheap because I had a coupon but not as cheap as the service provided.
