Install took approximately 10 days, worker was tidy and friendly. Salesman was thorough, knowledgeable and presented many options. Completed work looked great. After 11 months, some minor adjustments are necessary, and after 2 phone calls to Advantage, have yet to see worker return. Was promised adjustments and repairs were guaranteed for as long as we owned the house, but have not yet seen problems addressed. Alcoa product is wonderful, customer service after installation is less than satisfactory at this time.
