The gas line was a fairly long run but the pipe is level and looks like it belongs there. The flexible connector is long enough to easily work with in the future. In addition to replacing the valve, he brought it up to code by adding piping to the drain. He got the dishwasher working at no charge. He was professional and polite, arrived when he promised. With parts and the four hours he spent and the professional looking results, the price seemed fair.

I spoke with Brice on the phone and described my problem. He came over in a little over an hour, assessed the situation and then replaced my water heater. He quoted a reasonable price and sent me a bill for that exact amount a couple of days later. He was good to work with and treated me fairly.
