THEY GOT THE PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ME FASTER THAN LOWE'S COULD & INSTALLED IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY THOROUGH & DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE FLOOR LOOKS FABULOUS.

IT TOOK MORE TIME THAN SHE QUOTED TO GET WORKERS TO DO THE JOB. THE JOB WASN'T DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. AFTER AT LEAST 10 PHONE CALLS AND 2 FACE TO FACE VISITS, THERE WAS A COMMITMENT TO HAVE THE WORKER RETURN TO FIX THE FLOORS. WHEN THE WORKER GOT THERE, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE NEEDED TOOLS. HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN PROMPTLY AND THAT WAS 5 MONTHS AGO.
