A PERFECT LANDSCAPE

We hired A Perfect Landscape this year to mow, weed, trim and fertilize our lawn.  The first week they came out and did a nice job on cutting but over fertilized a few areas and burned the lawn.  Three weeks later they had an issue with one of their mowers having the blade installed incorrectly and that caused their mower to scalp the grass down to the dirt in several sections while causing those areas to die and look terrible for over two weeks.  After watering a ton to get those areas back in shape and having to call Marc at A Perfect several times (leaving messages with the receptionist) and leaving emails with Marc containing photos of the damage, Scott finally called me back and explained the mishap of the mower.  When the bill arrived we noticed that they had credited the account for one week of mowing due to the incident.  We sent our payment and a note requesting that we not pay for two weeks since they damaged the lawn and it looked horrible for more than two weeks.  I did email pictures of the damaged lawn to Marc and neither Marc nor Scott felt it necessary to drop by and see the damage, even though they are very close in proximity to my property.  I guess they have more focus on Hardscape based on the photos from their site.  I have since hired my neighbors 12 year old son to cut my lawn and heirs doing a great job!

We used A Perfect Landscape for our original landscaping, consisting of a patio, water feature, extensive shrubs and plants, lighting, etc.  That was about 10 years ago and we were, and are, extremely pleased with their work.  As a result, we also use them every spring for our cleanup, which takes a crew of 3-4 all day.  They are always professional and take great pride in doing a perfect job.  We highly recommend them to anyone considering a landscaping project.

It is stunning!  Marc, Scot and Ignacio and his crew were fabulous.  I could not have asked for better customer service from the beginning to the end of the project!  Thanks guys!

USE THIS COMPANY!  Turns out "A Perfect Landscape" is a very fitting name for this company. We are absolutely pleased and satisfied with the end product of what they were able to achieve in our yards. And even more importantly, we were pleased throughout the process. Every question and request I hit them with was answered immediately and to my satisfaction. One example is at one point a load of playground mulch was dropped off for install but was not up to par with what we wanted. As soon as I mentioned this fact to Scot, Ignacio and Shane, a solution was sought out and found. The bad mulch was taken away and a new mulch was brought in. This is just one example of their attention to detail and eagerness to please. Again, we could not be more pleased with the professionalism and skill of A Perfect Landscape and would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat.

The design process was really good because they have a computer program they use to help you visualize what it will look like. Amy, the designer, was easy to work with and came out to the house several times. She provided a lot of insight into the plants and made recommendations. With the program it was easy for her to update the design with different plants and show you what it would look like. The execution went according to schedule with no delays. We only had one complaint,m which was too much fertilizer in some pf the perennials. They did not make it through the winter. 2 other plants did not make it and they replaced them because they were 5 to 10 gallon plants. They were not willing to replace the perennials because they were 1 gallon plants. From that aspect we were not satisfied. After the initial installation we had to have them move some plants in a bed because they were not according to the original plan. Other than the misunderstanding about the warranty for the 1 gallon shrubs and the fact that perhaps they put in too much fertilizer, overall we were happy with the service, especially the design aspect. The pathway turned out really nice and has held up well. Their price was reasonable compared to other estimates we got. They came out on time and did what they said they were going to do.

The service was expensive but worth it. She had finished the work in a timely manner.

The planning went well and we liked the plan that Amy provided. The work was done when promised, but some plants needed to be moved and some were missing from the initial work. The plants were fixed in the end.

Amy was great to work with. Very professional. I had very specific requests for the landscaping and she listened and made sure they were all incorporated in the landscaping design. I thought the price was very reasonable and she found several ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality. We will definitely use them to do the work-we are just waiting until the the end of the Summer.

Design was excellent and done in a professional manor by Amy. We could not afford the plants and installation, so we passed on this phase but will do in stages.

Overall it went extremely well. The gentleman went out of his way to accommodate my needs we went through things verbally to get a good understanding of everything.
