Scam Company: 100% Service Inc. was called in to clean a commercial roof top unit as terms of the closing on a property. The owner Frank came out to preform the work which he documented and invoiced. After closing the new owner checked the unit which was found in the same condition as before closing which he had pictured in the inspection report as proof. Not only was the unit not cleaned as stated in the invoice but the air filter charged for was the incorrect size. This company documented they cleaned the unit and placed a new air filter in to justify their charge. Frank the owner was contacted to resolve the issue and Frank responded that because of the weather he should of made notes to come back to clean the unit in the spring and charged an additional $245. Instead Frank said he inspected the heating unit since it was winter and replaced the air filter. Now Frank wants to charge an extra $245 to come back out and do what he was paid and documented for doing. What this boils down to is Frank the owner does the minimum job of whats requested and charges for the full service. Unless you double check his work before you pay then you are being screwed over. Frank said we should of been able to tell that the coil was not stated on invoice so that part of the job was not done. Frank also said if something needs to be done that he notices on the unit he will make note so he can follow up or address the issue with the customer. Apparently a condenser coil in plain sight, that takes up 25% of the unit, that is completely clogged slipped by his "thorough" professional inspection of the unit he charged to do.

I really like them because they are punctual and if they don’t get there on time they will call you and let you know, which is a miracle. I like their integrity and honesty. I feel like I am getting a straight deal. When I use them I don’t feel like I am getting overcharged. I feel like I have somebody who really understands how the systems work and I trust them.

Frank Hayden was very professional, and timely with his work and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Since my other contractor left me with many problems Frank went out of his way to make sure everything was done up to code and showed me in the manuals why he was doing what he did. He made sure I always was able to contact him and he would call back right away. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would hire him in the future and recommend him to others.
