We found this company to be responsive and reliable. They did exactly what we contracted for and left us with a very professional result. It is obvious that The Outsiders take pride in the work that they do - that pride is evident in the finished result. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

We obtained bids from several landscaping companies for this project. Dennis is pleasant and professional, and had many good design ideas. He suggested special lighting for the stairs and had good solutions for water drainage and helping to make the landscape "dog friendly" The Outsiders were not the lowest bid, nor the highest however we felt very comfortable with Dennis and the quality and attention to detail was excellent. His team completed the work in a timely manner and were as tidy as possible. He took the extra steps to replace sod that was damaged during the construction and attend to various final details. He explained that it is expected to have a little bit of settling over the winter, and we should call him in the spring to level out any areas that shifted. We had very little settling, they did such a good job preparing the ground and laying the pavers. His team came out anyway and leveled the few pavers that had shifted. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and use the patio extensively.

The end result was pretty much what we wanted. We were not happy in the way Roy worked the job. He never showed up on time and what was supposed to take 7 days, it took two weeks. Working with Roy was not a good experience.
