They did some work just before the winter.  They do a great job for us.  They are coming out in another few weeks to repave our driveway.  They get really busy, so their responsiveness sometimes suffers.

The house had been neglected for 5 years, basically not lived in at all, and the land had been left bare that entire time, so there were alarming little canyons in the front of the property and drainage issues near foundation areas and steeply sloped areas. The erosion mitigation plan that Pattony Construction worked for us included regrading the lot to restore proper drainage, installation of drainage areas along the (very long) driveway on both sides, a drainage stream bed to route water away from the house and out to the back of the property, a 5-foot gravel border around the entire perimeter of the home, two low dirt berms to help route water properly, buried drainage lines from all the downspouts, re-seeding of disturbed areas, and a long-term landscape plan (still in work at this writing). We worked out the general landscape plan, with Tony's input, and Tony put the plan into action. He coordinated the deliveries of gravel, rocks, dirt and cobble. He did the excavation and grading himself. He and his crew did the tough job of laying down the weed barrier, rock and gravel for a very long stream bed and drainage ditch on the property. He re-graded the badly eroded driveway and had it re-paved with recycled asphalt (which has been a wonderful improvement during wet days). He coordinated the large-scale re-seeding effort once the grading was complete. The re-seeding effort has been a resounding success and the property looks 100% better with the grass that came up in the spring. Tony even coordinated the grass mowing in our absence. All of this work took almost 2 years to complete and Tony was invaluable in helping us work with this very large space, retaining the natural features of the property, and enhancing the look of the home on its property.
