Tom ran a 240 VAC 60 A Circuit for an EV Charger for us. Circuit panel was on the opposite side of the house from the garage. We have a complex roof creating some unique challenges. He did a great job of determining the best routing, explaining how it should be routed, how any holes were sealed.

The business owner did a beautiful job upgrading our vintage 1969 electrical panel to current safety standards and to accommodate a new natural gas-fueled stand-by home generator. The work was very extensive. Tom took the time and focus to do it right. The job did take quite a bit longer than either Karisma or we expected. The natural gas plumbing for the generator failed on 1st inspection--something that we could have helped avoid. So there were a couple of hiccups but we are assigning a full five stars because the work was VERY high quality. We received another bid from a well-established competitor and are SO GLAD we worked with Karisma!

We recently had this company come out and install 240v/50A adapters in our garage for electric vehicle(EV), RV and welder compatibility. I worked with Thomas through the entirety of the project, as he came out and performed the inspection, estimates, and the actual install of the wiring and electrical box updates. Thomas is very familiar with EV electrical work and did an excellent job on all fronts. He was quick to answer or return our calls and his pricing was competitive with the other bids. He clearly explained what was needed to complete the work and his work quality was superb. I learned a lot about electrically retrofitting a garage for these types of application and was appreciative of his sharing of knowledge. We re very pleased with the results and wouldn t hesitate to hire him again on any future home electrical projects.

I interviewed several electricians listed on Home Advisor. Tom was the only person who showed up on time, submitted a bid in a timely manner, and answered additional questions after he left the appointment. His work is impeccable! I had a difficult job for him and he delivered at an even higher level than asked/expected. Not only is Tom unbelievable at what he does, he is truly one of the sincerest, most authentic, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Just know, he is worth every penny that he bids on your job!

---UPDATE---8/17/2019 Ran into an issue with the sub-panel at the garage. It was installed with the connections for the ground wire and one of the two hot wires mixed up. There wasn't enough slack in the hot wire to move it to the appropriate connection point, so I had to jury rig a splice using a part from Home Depot. It was a real pain as the wire were really stiff and difficult to bend. I reached out to Tom yesterday when I figured out the issue, but I never heard anything back. Likely would not rehire at this point. ---INITIAL REVIEW--- Tom was really helpful. He upgraded my house to a 200 amp service and set up a 100 amp sub-panel for the garage. He did the work at a cost that was significantly lower than the estimates of the other electricians I interviewed. I would definitely hire him again.

We had a situation where we needed help swapping out an outlet for our business that needed to be completed within a few hours of contacting Thomas. He accepted the challenge and went above and beyond to complete this job for us. I would highly recommend Thomas! He is a true professional!
