We fired them. They did not finish, they didn’t use the material they said they’re going to use, and we had to have somebody else to correct their mistakes.

We had granite countertops installed and had HQP scheduled to come the next day to install fixtures and replace water heat. The granite installers didn't turn the plumbing off properly in 1 bathroom, which caused a leak that we didn't find till after hours. We called HQP and Dave showed up late that night during a snow storm to fix the leak and turn the water back on so my family (which includes 3 kids) would have running water the next morning.
His team showed up the next morning as scheduled and worked around a few other mistakes the installers made and also brought our plumbing up to the current codes/standards - everything looks and works beautifully.
He installed a new water heater and our family of 5 can take back to back showers and we all have hot water and pressure - haven't had that in YEARS!!!!
VERY responsive and courteous, impressed with everyone we encountered at HQP.
