We had them out to bid a job. We were promised an estimate 3 days later, never received it. We talked to them 2 days after that and they were "working on it now". After two full weeks, we were told that they were too busy to take the job, thereby delaying our schedule for two full weeks.

I was very disappointed with them being warranted with their work and the price that they charged.

Brad quickly assessed the problem and fixed the issue. In addition he gave me pointers on some balancing issues that we've been having with our basement.

John always is professional.......he is courteous, on time, and is helpful....he checks things out and if there is a problem, let’s us know, and gives us options for fixing. It is always a pleasure to have him come out!!!

Mike from Santa Fe Air was awesome. He finished his job earlier and called to see if I'd like him to come sooner which worked out great. Santa Fe always calls 20 min before they arrive so you can go to your home if you are working. He greeted my dogs happily (even fed them some treats) , took off his shoes and went right to work. I had a light bulb that had just gone out and he even changed that for me. (above and beyond). Mike was extremely thorough and helped marked my humidifier settings so it was easier for me to know where to turn my dials when its too cold out and the windows are fogging up. He also marked the emergency furnace switch so I wouldn't get it mixed up with a regular light switch since they look the same. He went above and beyond in everything he did. Even went behind our furnace to check it which I don't think I've ever seen done. He went over what he did in detail explaining areas he's watching and was such a nice person. He reminded me if there is ever a problem or question to never hesitate to call and since we are on their maintenance plan, they will come out immediately if there is a problem. They really do a great job. I. highly recommend them. I was able to sign up for my annual planned maintenance on the spot along with the cost of 2 filters for the furnace and humidifier

Went very well. Found the issue with a thorough inspection. Explained what the issue was in plain terms, found the necessary part from his supplier, and was able to schedule a same day repair tech. Great experience.

Our service technician, Mark, arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and informative. He performed his job quickly and efficiently and offered some helpful tips for future maintenance. We've worked with Santa Fe Air before and will absolutely do so again.

Mark was great. He really know his craft. He diagnosed the problem fast and fixed it quickly. Santa Fe has always been very reasonable about the cost of their services. They have looked for ways to have work covered by factory warranties. This work yesterday was a follow up on a previous furnace install and he did not even charge for his visit on a Saturday.

We have been using Classic H&AC for many years, always the same great results. Over the years, in addition to routine maintenance, we used them to install totally new systems for both heating and AC as well as for repair work. Always a perfect job. We also learned they can be counted on in an emergency. In fact, that's how we found them. The first time we used them, we had a late-night, heating emergency, called them, and they came out promptly, took care of the problem and we had a warm night' sleep They are the best H&AC service we have found and will continue to use them. All of the techs we worked with have been prompt, courteous and know their jobs. While the techs we worked with have been excellent, we now ask for Preston Walker because we know him, he knows our system and we can count on great service and attention. We look forward to his tune-up visits for heating in the fall and air in the spring, knowing that the job will be done properly. We have an annual service contract for $130 which includes both fall and spring visits, tune-up and maintenance (including filter change and new filters in the price.) Great buy.

Mike was great. He was very courteous and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He was excellent to work with, and I would recommend him highly.

Excellent!! I have worked with Mark Wingren at Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating on separate occasions and each time I am impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness. Santa Fe was timely and prompt; they answered all of my questions. Were truthful about the ratings of their equipment in Consumer Reports. Santa Fe installed my outdoor AC unit, then, at their cost, moved it at my request as the original location was unsightly and obtrusive. Both the owners and the technicians were courteous and listened to my questions and concerns.

Preston fixed my issue immediately.  He is always professional and courteous.  He also makes sure that everything that needs attention is fixed before he leaves.  He is always prompt and never leaves a mess behind.  Thank you Preston for always taking care of my heating and air conditioning needs!

I originally called Classic Heating for an estimate to replace the 40 year old furnace in a rental unit and clean the air conditioner condenser coil. I also called Home Depot for an estimate from their contractor. The Home Depot contractor came out first. He was rude to my tenant and quoted a price to me (over the phone, while he was still at the rental unit) that I knew was exorbitant, and I told him so. So much for that contractor. Classic Heating, on the other hand, did not provide an estimate at the time of inspection and instead emailed a detailed, carefully prepared, estimate, which was 1/3 the price of Home Depot’s contractor.

So far Classic Heating has replaced 2 furnaces in rental units and a dryer gas valve in my home. They worked with my tenants for scheduling and are always accommodating. If it turns out that an item on the estimate didn’t need to be done after all, they notify me and remove that cost and they have not invoiced me until the installations passed final inspection from the City. Craig and Renae run a quality, service oriented company, and provide great service at a fair price. Classic Heating was recommended to my dad (a former HVAC professional) by his former HVAC supply company when his age made it difficult to maintain those items himself. My experiences with Classic Heating are positive and I have not one negative comment. They are the only company I will call for HVAC.

They left the unit that holds the filter out. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
