CARPET ELEGANCE

Working with the owners was fine. They didn't seem as organized as some of the other companies we visited, but we were referred to them by a coworker whom we trust. We did pick a fairly expensive carpet and thick pad, so it was pricey. The dust and noise was terrible, but the outcome was well worth it. The carpet is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. My husband and I are very pleased and I must admit, terrified at this point of spilling anything on the beautiful carpet. We will be having them back to finish two more bedrooms and the basement.

it went as expected, i was somewhat concerned with the trip charges, it seemed excessive as he lives only a couple of miles from our home and needed to pass by us daily on his way to Parker and his business, the total out of his way each trip was 1/2 mile or a total of 1 mile, the trip charges were $100.

I had a quote from a local chain carpet store, when a friend suggested that I call Carpent Elegance. Not only did they beat the price, Ellen was able to explain the differences in various carpets to a layman like me, and did not try to sell me the most expensive but rather what made sense for my home. She also coordinated the hardware flooring in my family room with another firm and rolled the costs together so I only had to deal with one vendor.
